• 1. Acceptance of Terms: By booking or using our services, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
• 2. Booking & Confirmation: Bookings are valid only after confirmation via email/WhatsApp.
• 3. Payments: Advance/full payment may be required. Prices can change until confirmed.
• 4. Cancellations:
  • 48+ hours before tour → eligible for refund.
  • Within 48 hours or no-show → non-refundable.
• 5. Refunds: Processed within 7–10 working days (after deductions, if any).
• 6. Customer Responsibilities: Provide accurate info, follow guide’s instructions, respect local laws/customs.
• 7. Company Responsibilities: We ensure service quality, but reserve right to modify/cancel tours in emergencies.
• 8. Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for accidents/delays beyond control. Travel insurance recommended.
• 9. Changes to Itinerary: Routes/timings may be adjusted for safety/operational reasons.
• 10. Governing Law: These Terms follow Indian law. Disputes fall under Mumbai jurisdiction.
